Therefore, we stand behind our product with the following warranties:

Extent of Limited Warranty

VSIprovides this warranty to consumers who purchasedVSIproducts fromVSIor fromVSIagreed dealers.

Frame and fork

VSIwarrants its frames and forks to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two [2] years after original purchase.

Wheel sets and Other Parts

VSIwarrants its wheel sets and other parts [handlebars, seat posts and stems] to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one [1] year after original purchase.

NOTE:

This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through the retailer where theVSIcomponent was purchased. Original proof of purchase is required.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent allowed by local law, except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shallVSIor its retailer be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Limitations of Warranty

This warranty does not apply to products that have been incorrectly installed and/or adjusted.

This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by a crash, impact damage, abuse of the product, neglect, non-compliance with specifications of usage or any other circumstances in which the product has been subjected to forces or loads beyond its design.

This warranty does not apply when the product has been modified.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.

This warranty shall not cover damages caused by the use of parts of different manufacturers. This warranty shall not cover damages caused by the use of parts that are not compatible, suitable and/ or authorized byVSI.

This warranty does not cover damage caused byvismajor.

This warranty shall not cover damages resulting from commercial (rental) use.

Details about warranty period:

Step 1: Send an email to:info@vsibikes.comtellingus about the problem with the purchased product.

Step 2: Take photos or video to show us the problem.

Step 3: We will analyse the problem based on the pictures or video or in person, where possible.

Step 4: We will confirm what caused of the problem and give you feedback.

Please note:

Products returned toVSIwill be sent to the factory to finish all the testing:

• If the products have a factory defect/quality problem,VSIwill pay all expenses.
• If the problem was caused by human error, the customer will responsible for the expenses.

To activate the warranty all customers must register the frames or parts at:info@vsibikes.com. The information must include a description of the frame/part, where purchased and when purchased.
